Color Trials
Since this is a Hawaiian Tea room, both Hawaii and Tea, tell me the logo has to sort of whisper. It needs to be calming while standing out because this restaurant will probably be in a downtown area close to many other restaurants.
I like the idea of using pastel colors as they relate to the nature of Hawaii, they also help create that calming feeling.
